Dr. Liang grew up in Sunnyvale, CA, raised by Chinese-immigrant parents who taught him perseverance, humility, and respect. He graduated magna cum laude from USC with a bachelor degree in biology and a minor in business administration, completing his undergraduate in only 3 years. He then earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from UCLA School of Dentistry, receiving honors grades in: Critical Thinking & Evidence-based Dentistry, Foundations of Pharmocology, Indirect Restoration, Clinical Endodontics, Advanced Endodontics, Complete Dentures, Advanced Oral Surgery, Clinical Treatment Planning.

Caring for and giving back to his community have always been Dr. Liang's priorities. He has participated in numerous local health fairs, including the free clinic organized annually by Wealth by Health in Rosemead. He and his physician husband embarked on mission trips to remote, underserved villages in Vietnam in 2024 with Care2Share. His commitment to improving oral health is evident in his approach to patient care, treating everyone like family. Dr. Liang upholds the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and compassionate care, integrating evidence-based practices into his work to ensure the best outcomes for his patients. Whether in his clinic or out in the community, Dr. Liang is driven by a mission to bring healthy smiles to all.

Having lived in sunny southern California for so long, he is happy to call the San Gabriel Valley his home. He loves taking care of his family, friends, and SGV community. But when he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his husband and their German shepherd. You can find him on weekly hikes in the San Gabriel Mountains. They love to cook together and host dinner parties, which will usually end with karaoke singing.
